- Judd Joseph Added May 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just bought a house through Sean O'Brien and could not have been more disappointed with his attitude. Not only did Sean not send contracts to my conveyancer as agreed, he then tried to pressure me to sign the unseen contract against legal advice, demanding I pay more than the agreed price then threatening to open the house for inspection the next day if I didn't sign the contract!! If only the owners knew how close I was to walking away from an agreed sale with the potential of them having to accept a lower offer from someone else! Is that the best way to be deal with both vendors and buyers? Provided feedback to his office, to this date, little response. Choose this office at your own peril...
